Data Analytics Bootcamp

Learn how to code in Python from scratch.

We believe in learning by doing, therefore, as part of your training you will carry out real projects in Jupyter Notebook and conduct A/B Tests with real data sets.

You will work mainly with the following libraries:

Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Poltly & Seaborn

Topics include:

Introductions to data wrangling and cleaning.
Exploratory Data Analysis & Transformations.
A/B Testing.
Interacting with APIs and web scraping.

Statistics

Descriptive statistics and probability theory are at the base of data analysis. We prepared diverse training sessions so you can enlarge your statistical knowledge while using SQL and Python, and become a great data analyst.

Topics include:

Understanding Correlations and Distributions.
Working with Confidence Intervals.
Applying: Probability Mass Functions, Cumulative Distribution Functions, Probability Density Functions, Linear Least Squares.

Get to know a great variety tools

Tame unstructured data and visually present it helping ensure effective decision making by using industry leading BI tools such as Tableau and Looker.

Learn Command Line and how to use GitHub for version control and project management.

The course will introduce you to dbt so you can structure your SQL queries in a smart way. You will also get a grasp of a top of the notch orchestration tool, Apache Airflow.

Exercises and training

In the mornings you'll go through data exercises, mainly on Dataquest, our primary learning tool. This way you will get a grip on the different tools and programming languages.

Lunch time

Besides coding, we like to promote a healthy lifestyle. As well as having lunch we encourage our students to take this time to go out and do some sport. Enjoy getting fit while learning how to code!

Projects

In the afternoons you will have time to carry out projects and do any assignments. Do not worry if you stumble upon any issues, we will be there throughout the entire course to help you out.
